Every patient will complete an intake evaluation which helps determine the presenting symptoms, mental health disorders, and create an individualized treatment plan.
After the intake evaluation is completed an appointment is scheduled with out Psychiatric Prescriber for medication management when it is requested or needed.
As a team we all come together to match the patient with the best therapist to begin therapy as indicated by the intake evaluation and clinical team.
At GFWC we provide an exciting training environment enriched with learning opportunities so that our learners can feel confident.
