Clinically, I operate from an interpersonal depth-oriented approach. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore and understand past and present thoughts, feelings and impulses. I focus not only on the intricate relationships we hold with others throughout our lives, but also on intricate relationship we have within ourselves. These relationships we have outside ourselves highly influence our relationship within ourselves.

During the course of our lives, we learn who we are in relation to the people in our lives, specifically the ones that care for us growing up. Issues arise when we unconsciously reenact these relationships with everyone that we meet. By doing so, we can become confined to our internal world, which can create struggles that manifest themselves in different forms (anxiety, depression, addiction, unresolved trauma, etc.).

Within the therapeutic relationship, I work with internal conflicts of unconscious desires and defenses that keep us stuck in a somewhat familiar place.
Services
I am a relationally-focused clinician dedicated to helping others reach their full potential.
I offer a safe space for anyone to share whatever they need and be whatever they need to be.
I am relationally focused because I believe we can experience greater awareness and understanding of ourselves, others and our struggles from exploring how we experience the past and present relationships in our lives.
These struggles can manifest in many different forms including anxiety, depression, addiction, and unresolved trauma.
The therapeutic process is different for everyone.
No one's journey is the same.
We are group oriented social animals; we are born into groups, our family, and continue to live in various groups throughout our lives.
Groups are what form us. Group therapy serves as a microcosm of our reality and is the ideal place to solve real problems as they take place in the here and now.
Through group therapy, individuals are able to identify and express their feelings in a healthy and progressive manner in their personal relationships, while also holding space for others.
