John A Anderson Psyd
Welcome to the practice of Beverly J. Anderson, MA, psychotherapist, and John A. Anderson, Psy. D., licensed clinical psychologist. We offer private and confidential psychotherapy (short and long term individual, marital, and family), consultation and assessment services in a welcoming and comfortable setting. Our office is located in Cary, NC. We may be able to help.

Why Psychotherapy? It's not easy living in this world. Stress comes at us relentlessly, both visibly and by surprise. One day we may feel fine and the next we can barely cope. Plus each stage of life brings new challenges, almost always with increasing complexity and nuance - childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, marriage, career, middle age, retirement, etc.

We all find ourselves at one point or another getting stuck, lost or overwhelmed in navigating life. The mind is a fragile thing, and it needs continual care and attention to function properly. Numerous research studies support the primacy of mental and emotional health for physical health and longevity, and also for reducing overall medical expenses.
