At Arizona Trauma Counseling and Therapy we work as a partner with you to achieve a full resolution of the symptoms you experience daily and develop a new way of thinking. We understand that the trauma and negative experiences you have had can impact everything you do.

We believe that being a supportive partner in the healing process will supporting you in overcoming your experiences. We utilize Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to work through negative experiences. We are certified through EMDRIA to provide this service. Additionally, we utilize other modalities to support your unique needs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Starting the process for therapy can be difficult and we understand that. We are here to support you and be a partner with you in this process.
