Together, we will create a therapy game plan, a road map of sorts, to establish a clear understanding of where you've been, where you are, and where you're going. We will explore your reason for choosing counseling, define the areas in your life you would like to see growth and improvement, and define how we'll measure progress and success. Sometimes sitting on a couch and talking isn't enough to create change in one's life.

Because I am committed to confidentiality and believe that your therapy is yours, not your insurance company's, I do not participate in managed care plans.
If you should choose to participate with your insurance company, I would be considered out of network, and it is the responsibility of the client to inquire with their provider as to the rate of reimbursement.
