Counseling is a collaborative effort involving yourself and your therapist. Through the art of listening, reflecting, and illuminating possible blind spots, your therapist will walk with you through various issues in order to assist you in moving closer towards wellness. Through the therapeutic relationship, counseling is a journey within that fosters growth.
Metamorphosis Counseling and Healing Arts offers mental health and substance abuse services in both group and individual settings (we also provide couples and family counseling services).
