I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a counselor and have spent the majority of my life in the pursuit of helping others. I began the study of Psychology at Central Washington University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1997. After moving to Alaska, I received a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology through Alaska Pacific University.
During the past decade, I have worked as an individual psychotherapist, group counselor, family therapist and mental health clinician in both Alaska and Arizona. I have worked with clients in private practice, intensive outpatient settings, and in residential treatment programs. My goal is to continue to help others improve their lives, cope with difficult experiences, recognize their potentials, and learn new ways of thinking, doing and living.
I have extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Substance Use Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy & Family Systems Therapy.

Although I am in the process of contracting with several other insurance providers, I cannot ensure any other "in network" status with other insurance carriers at this time.
I am able to bill your insurance as an "out of network" provider if needed.
Please contact your insurance company with questions regarding reimbursement rates, co-pays, and deductibles for "out of network" services.
I accept private pay for individuals who choose to pay out of pocket for services and/or not bill insurance.
