Services
This group will be an open group holding maximum 15 individuals and facilitated by our licensed therapists.
This will consist of offering support for those who are grieving the loss of a friend, loved one, relationship/marriage, or child.
During this group you will learn about the stages of grief, as well as process your emotions, and gain support from those around you.
This will consist of offering support to individuals who have been newly diagnosed with a mental illness and unsure on how to deal with their feelings regarding their diagnosis.
This will consist of offering support for those who are grieving the loss of a friend, loved one, relationship/marriage, or child.
