We can support each during this health crisis by connecting with our essential goodness and compassion. The ability to use words for talking, listening, reading, writing, praying, composing, is unique to humans. At times, we all need help sorting out life's complexities and coping with the events of our lives. Together, we navigate their emotional roadblocks - anger, anxiety, depression, pain, shame - to help them move toward a life of greater satisfaction.
Most clients find this challenging work, but emerge with a better sense of what they want, and the resources to enjoy life more fully. Our collaboration, communication, and compassion has served our clients well since we began counseling in 1995. If you would like to make changes in your life or if change has been thrust upon you and you need help coping with it, let us help.

The survival of the fittest is the ageless law of nature, but the fittest are rarely the strong.
The fittest are those endowed with the qualifications for adaptation, the ability to accept the inevitable and conform to the unavoidable, to harmonize with existing or changing conditions.
