White Birch Recovery Services offers Mental Health and Addiction counseling, Trauma Therapy, MLADC evaluations, Neurofeedback and impaired driver after-care services in Dover, NH. My ideal in practice is to form a strong, collaborative, therapeutic alliance with my clients. My style is empathetic, compassionate, and direct. I believe that by exploring thoughts, emotions, and maladaptive behavior patterns, we can become more insightful and understanding of ourselves.

Through this vulnerable process we are able to create life-long change that will increase self esteem and the ability to form close interpersonal relationships with those we care about. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy as my primary interventions.

LADC Evaluations may be ordered by a court or probation, or simply for an individual to evaluate their relationship with drugs or alcohol.
Services
I am honored to be able to provide clinical services to those suffering from Substance Use Disorders.
I have been working to help those in their journey of recovery for the past nine years and have witnessed many individuals become empowered and take back control of their lives after becoming hindered by their addiction.

Individual Therapy is an opportunity to meet with a therapist one-on-one within a safe and confidential environment to examine issues within the privacy of a psychotherapeutic session.
Individual psychotherapy sessions typically last between 45 and 60 minutes.
The frequency and duration of therapy will depend largely on your needs, treatment goals, and progress.
We may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on the unique needs and personal goals for therapy.
