Once you set up an appointment and receive the link to your client portal, you will be able to upload an image of your insurance card and input your insurance details through the online forms.
Included in your portal will be a questionnaire for you to use for you to verify your insurance benefits include out of network benefits.

If so, I can provide you a receipt and superbill with information so you can send it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
