While playing in high-pressure and competitive sports in high school and college and serving in the United States military, I learned that a person can do more than they ever imagined, but also that the team you surround yourself with is critical to success.

Counseling sessions are typically 50 minutes, but shorter and longer times can be arranged.
Fees: Our fees are comparable to other providers with the same experience and training.
We do have limited spots for people who cannot pay a full fee.
Insurance: We currently accept a variety of insurance including, but not limited to: Anthem, Cigna, CoxHealth Plans, Magellan EAP, Medicare, MOHealthnet/Medicaid, Tricare, UMR and United HealthCare.
