I offer online services all along the continuum of therapy, counseling and life coaching for women.

After almost two decades as a counselor and coach, I'm still in awe of women's wisdom, especially the moments when it reveals itself during a session.
Its transformative power to help you heal, grow and thrive is undeniable.
I believe wisdom actually means this: No matter how you're feeling right now, you already have a quiet knowing within you, an inner voice of guidance and support.
I believe every woman is unique.
You deserve a therapy or coaching experience that meets you right where you are and honors what matters most to you.
If you're considering self-esteem counseling, you probably know what it's like to doubt yourself and your worth.
Maybe you wonder whether you're good enough.
Or you question your abilities and feel inadequate at times.
You may even be hesitant to begin self-esteem counseling and getting to know yourself better.
Because what if you discover that deep down you don't really like yourself very much?
No doubt you're familiar with your inner critic too.
You know, the part of you who gets right to the heart of what's wrong: you're too old, too young, too fat, too thin, not smart enough, too ingrained to change.

The good news is that stress, anxiety and worry can be eased and managed.
You could be experiencing a constant emotional barrage.
You never quite know from one day to the next (or one hour to the next) how you'll be feeling.
And you worry that you have no control, because it seems like it could overtake you at any moment.
Thankfully, there are a variety of creative processes and approaches to support you during this time, no matter what you're feeling right now.
Life goes on all around you.
But you feel disconnected, like a piece of you is missing.
Or you're not exactly sure who you are anymore.
You may also notice a growing ambivalence and apathy.
Although you might find a kind of comfort in the apathy, at the end of the day you feel like you missed out on something.
You feel isolated and alone, removed from the stream of life.
Maybe you're also ashamed that you haven't yet figured out how to deal with this.
Even though you may feel alone right now, depression is one of the most common reasons women seek counseling and therapy.
You have a lot of company, and you're not expected to get through this by yourself.
