These services can satisfy a court order due to DUI's and other related behaviors due to substance usage. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) was initially used as a treatment for PTSD.
Since then, EMDR has evolved into a highly effective therapeutic technique for a wide range of problems. Alaina Smith and Gladiany Torres Perez are our bilingual (Spanish-speaking) clinicians. They enjoys working with diverse people groups with a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.
He earned his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 1993 as well as his Specialty Program in Alcohol and Drug Addictions (SPADA) certificate in 2003.
He is a Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAADC).
David is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
