We are a non-profit counseling agency, dedicated to helping both children and adults with a variety of challenges. We are a certified mental health and substance abuse clinic. We accept most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare and offer a discounted fee structure for clients who qualify.

In the Spring of 2007, Lee Shipway and Todd Werner established Peaceful Solutions Counseling with the intention to help intervene in the lives of children, adults and families who were challenged by issues such as abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and grief.
What began as a small non-profit with only four people working to make a difference has expanded to five times that, with additional support staff, therapists, and programming.
Peaceful Solutions would not be where it is today without the aspirations and knowledge of Lee and Todd.
