Picture yourself waking up each morning with renewed energy and vitality. A life where your daily stressors bother you less, relationships are loving, friendships are meaningful, and your career feels satisfying and fulfilling. What once sounded like a fantasy is now fully achievable - with just a little help from a professional. I use the latest, most effective psychotherapy methods to help you adopt new attitudes and feelings towards daily situations.

It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix - therapy is a healing process that requires active participation and openness to change. But in the end, making small adjustments will allow you to live the life you always wanted. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment, which is why my services are personalized to suit your individual needs and challenges.

Together we will develop the tools and strategies to help you heal, recover, and grow.
Services
I opened my private practice in 1993 in New York and my office has now been in New Jersey for many years.
In addition to my private practice, I have been working for over 25 years as a school social worker in high schools in NYC.
I have vast experience and expertise working with adolescents and their families.
I view therapy as a journey of healing and self-discovery.
It can sometimes be exciting and at other times be painful, but in the end, you will gain a new understanding and greater self-compassion.
Group therapy is a very dynamic approach where you can improve your relationships in a safe and confidential setting.
Group members learn effective strategies from one another to slowly make changes and transform their lives.
Purpose: Adults who would like to create better relationships with their partners, at work, in their families, and in all aspects of their lives.
Greatly improve communication skills, work through social anxiety, gain confidence, and be more comfortable with your feelings and identity.
Teens today face many stressors in their daily lives from school, friends, parents, and more.
This constant pressure can be overwhelming to the point where teens just feel hopeless.
All families fight, but sometimes when problems build up things can get out of hand.
Family therapy is focused on diving deep into the root of the problem to discover the true cause of issues.
Through honest and open communications, guided by a professional, families can resolve conflicts and live happier lives.
No relationship is perfect, but sometimes the tiniest of arguments can turn into full-blown fights.
