I bet when you were younger, you had a certain picture of what life would look like. Many colors representing all the great things you would accomplish, all the places you would go. Together, we will take the first steps of being intentional - intentional about what you want, but, more importantly, intentional about what you need. We are a group of mental health professionals who believe in giving the highest quality care to our clients.

We are currently serving clients in Illinois and Indiana. Our mission is to provide innovative services that meet the needs of our community and change the conversation about mental health, so people feel comfortable getting the help they need. When you feel as if life is spinning out of control, our work together will help you gain control. When you are ready to be heard, understood, validated, and supported, this is where you will create your healthy boundaries.

My mission in therapy is to help others recognize the strengths within themselves, to overcome their emotional struggles, and to grow healthy in their relationships with others.
Hopefully, each client will learn new ways of seeing themselves in a more positive way and increase their coping skills and abilities to handle anxiety, trauma, stress, etc.
Overall, my style of therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I like being eclectic and use other therapies such Psychoanalytic, Gestalt, and Family Systems.
I want to create a safe space for clients to be real, to meet head-on all of life's struggles, and celebrate their successes as we explore who you are, so you can live your best life.
My hope is that my clients will achieve the acceptance, understanding, and support they need to reach their goals.
I believe there are techniques that work better for some clients than others, and it is my goal to utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to find the best fit for the client.
Some of my most favorite types of therapy are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, client-centered, and play therapy techniques.
My mission for all clients in treatment is the fostering and facilitation of change.
This change can be an improvement in mood, behavior, or gaining insight and knowledge of one's path.
My goal is to aid, co-facilitate, and support revelation, insight, and overall growth of each person I have the privilege to serve.
During treatment, clients will achieve further education, additional insight, and solutions to the matters presented.
My style primarily consists of solution-focused brief therapy, as well as person-centered therapy.
I work with my clients to identify and create their goals, acknowledge barriers, and eliminate challenges that impede their progress.
They will receive support in developing a healthy, harmonious relationship with themselves and with others in their circle.
As their therapist and coach, my mission is to empower and help them overcome their daily struggles and align with their heart's desires.
My experience as a therapist is wide-ranging and includes addressing several mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and personal growth.
