There are a lot of factors that contribute to the length of counseling, so it is difficult to predict until we begin working together.
Therapy can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or longer-term, addressing more complex concerns or ongoing personal growth.
Typically, clients commit to counseling for 6 months and progress is measured monthly.
We have found that meeting weekly for the 50-minute session time improves each clients' progress toward their goals.
For that reason, we meet with clients weekly.
Therapy can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or longer-term, addressing more complex concerns or ongoing personal growth.
