Although going to counseling can be a difficult decision, at Youth & Family Care counseling, I am determined to make each client and family feel accepted and heard. I specialize in therapy for individuals from the ages of 2-years through adolescence and teenage years. I also have extensive experience working with young adults, parents and care givers.
I am able to accommodate each family's preference; some may prefer being seen individually, while others are interested in family therapy that may involve different members of the family.

I believe each person is an expert regarding their own life, with a unique perspective and story.
My approach with clients stem from this belief which allows me to focus on people's strengths and their natural abilities to manage their lives.
I strongly believe each individual and family have had a unique life experience and therefore are seeking different benefits from the counseling experience.
This lends itself to the fact that if no two people are the same, no two treatment plans can be the same, and therefore I strive to work with my clients to find what would be the most successful approach and intervention for them specifically.
