I've goofed up during my life-made some mistakes.
I'm not a perfect person.
But, I've learned from my mistakes, and I'm still growing.
I'm still working on making the relationships in my life better-making me better.

By the time many couples hit counseling, it's a last resort before separation and divorce.
Honestly, I learned a lot of what I use during sessions by losing an early marriage and almost losing my current marriage after 17 years.
