Here at Sustaining Hope & Wellness, we understand how much of a big step it can be to consider therapy. Kudos for doing this initial search! Whether you have had therapy services before or if this is your first time, we are here to support you. We are passionate about providing counseling services to women. It oozes out of us. We engage WITH you on your therapeutic journey. You are the expert on your life and together we will increase your skills to have the necessary tools as you continue to navigate its challenges.

Womxn+ manage a lot during the day-to-day routine and we are here to encourage you to carve out some time for yourself! My background is working with youth in the juvenile justice system where I learned no situation is too tough to find a way to get through it.
I use a strengths-based and solution focused perspective with my clients.
I love working with adolescents and enjoy collaborating on creating helpful skills to utilize now and through adulthood.
I am the happiest when I see clients discover themselves and understand their purpose in the world.

The length of therapy truly depends on what your needs are.
We provide both brief and long term therapy options.
