College Inspired was founded by Mike Craig in 2009 to help families navigate the increasingly complex and competitive college admissions process. Each client receives expert guidance tailored to his or her specific background, strengths, and goals. We successfully guide students to highlight unique attributes so that these special qualities stand out in brilliant fashion in their college applications.
College Inspired is located in Diamond Bar, CA, but our counselors work with students and families from all over Southern California as well as from other states and occasionally from countries outside the U.S. When in-person meetings are not possible, meetings can be held via Skype. For high school freshmen and sophomores, the emphasis is on choosing a challenging high school curriculum and exploring interests through active involvement in the school and community.
The focus with juniors and seniors is mainly on identifying their passions and goals, coming up with an appropriate list of colleges, brainstorming essay topics, and putting together compelling applications.
