As a psychotherapist and nurse practitioner in psychiatry, my goal is to help you improve your level of functioning at home, school, work and socially to lead a happier life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

By applying complementary therapy and treatment approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns, negative perceptions or symptoms that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.As a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, in my work with clients, I integrate psychotherapy with use of medication when necessary to achieve the best results.
