By being here, you've already taken the courageous step of seeking professional help for an issue you are experiencing. I know this may have been a tough decision. You might have been debating it for months, if not years, already. Or, you may have just today begun considering therapy, made a decision, and here you are. Regardless, I'm glad you're here.

I'm here to work with you and for you. To help get your life back on the course you want it to be on, and allow you to rediscover what brings you joy and happiness in your life. Grant yourself permission to have all that life has to offer, and you will discover it has more to offer than you've ever imagined ~ Neale Donald Walsch. I am trained to work with people struggling with a wide range of issues, including adjustment, emotional, relational, and mental health needs.

Adult children of toxic, emotionally abusive/absent, narcissistic and other personality disordered parents. Do you tend to walk on eggshells in most situations, persistently concerned about making the wrong step?
Services
I work with people seeking help because they are suffering, feeling lost and overwhelmed by emotional distress and pain.
Clients see me to address and heal from their worst experiences: emotional, sexual, and physical trauma, loss, dysfunctional families of origin.
I guide clients on a journey to seek insight into what is currently hurting.
I provide support as they look within and am by their side to face the pain, memories, and shame that they've carried forward but never chose.
I see clients come out the other side with greater self-worth, grounded by confidence in themselves, discovering new opportunities while creating a fulfilling life in which they can thrive.
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Not at all.
People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out.
Everyone needs help now and then.
You already have some strengths that you've used before, that for whatever reason isn't working right now.
Perhaps this problem feels overwhelming and is making it difficult to access your past strengths.
In our work together, I'll help you identify what those strengths are and how to implement them again in what is happening now.
The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally.
The benefits and value you gain from therapy will not end at our last session - you will carry them with you for the rest of your life when you accomplish the goals and change you desire.
When you book your appointment, I know you are dedicated to transforming your life because you're willing to invest in yourself.
While my standard session rate is $160/session, I reserve a small number of slots in my practice to offer at a reduced cost through the Open Path Collective, a non-profit group collective of several thousand therapist profiles, who offer reduced fee options.
Could you use an expert opinion on what you're going through, or a non-judgemental ear just to listen?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then individual therapy could be the solution you've been seeking.
Individual therapy differs from group or alternative therapy methods in the way that you are the sole focus of a single therapist who helps you develop and achieve your goals for therapy.
If you've been feeling hopeless or lost lately, or struggling with a problem in your life that feels unsurmountable, individual therapy could help you improve your everyday life.
