This is the place where feeling alone and undervalued becomes feeling empowered; where feeling overwhelmed becomes feeling free; where feeling confused becomes feeling clear; and wanting a more peaceful life becomes possible. The Counseling Studio was created to help people like you work through challenging issues. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief, divorce related stress or parenting conflicts, I provide professional counseling to help you create a better life.

Because you've cried enough. Because you need to regain your power and your self-worth. Because you are worthy. You've probably been told you are "crazy" or "too emotional." But what if your partner is narcissistic and you find it harder and harder to make this relationship work? Then you've come to the place of empowerment through knowledge, support and reflection.
Services
I work very hard to help you - listening, validating, researching and challenging you to see what's healthy and what isn't.
I believe counseling heals - talking, acknowledging pain and creating new strategies is the way towards peace.
I am a divorce expert and can help you and your children navigate and thrive during the transition.
I am a narcissistic abuse expert and can identify unhealthy patterns and help you realize you are not crazy.
I have a specialized degree in Child and Adolescent Therapy - and I'm the only one in the area who does.
There is hope to find peace.
Sometimes you need to talk it out with a professional counselor who can guide you through the challenges of everyday life.
Using an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions and creativity, I can help you unblock, release and gain confidence.
Whether this is a new issue, or an old hurt, I can help you work through it and move on.
Parenting is hard!
Especially when your teen is hurting.
I often see kids who have held in their emotions too long, or are trying to handle issues bravely on their own, only to get tangled up even further.
You are not your diagnosis.
In order for me to bill your insurance, I have to assign you with a mental health diagnosis from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual V - used by psychiatrists, psychologist, social workers, licensed professional counselors and the medical community.
The diagnosis has to be serious enough to warrant payment from an insurance company because they won't pay for all diagnosis.
This "label" or diagnosis then goes on your (or your child's) permanent medical record.
The insurance company will assign an employee to "manage" or monitor your activities in therapy, which can include reading about your personal matters being discussed and number of sessions you attend.
You've probably been told you are "crazy" or "too emotional."
But what if your partner is narcissistic and you find it harder and harder to make this relationship work?
Then you've come to the place of empowerment through knowledge, support and reflection.
I've done my own personal work through narcissistic abuse and I teach others how heal and thrive.
You will find solutions on how to stay in the relationship if you choose to, and/or how to leave the relationship.
You will identify patterns in both yourself and your partner that can be used to grow into a healthier human.
