Counseling Casa's mission is to be the premier counseling center within the area by providing services to individuals, families and groups. We wish to make a difference and empower our clients to take control of their destiny and function productively by providing them with the necessary skills to realize their dreams, through counseling, education, social skills training, motivation, and participating in the treatment of abnormal behaviors to become successful.

I have a Masters of Education degree in counseling and I am a State of Texas Licensed Professional Counselor.
I have 20 plus years experience and am qualified to work with adults, adolescents, parents, families, children and groups.
I am also qualified to provide Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
I have raised and shown horses most of my adult life.
They continue to provide me with hours of enjoyment and relaxation.
I am also an avid scuba diver and enjoy traveling to Caribbean locations to dive and explore the ocean.

We tailor our therapeutic approaches to your specific needs.

Everyone's circumstances are unique to them and the length of time therapy can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek therapy in the first place.

We do not currently take any insurances, but are happy to work with you for your out of network coverage or a comfortable payment plan.
We prefer check or cash as payment, and do accept credit cards with a $3 convenience fee added.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
Otherwise, you may be charged a fee at half rate.
