Struggling with anxiety, intense emotions, and intrusive thoughts can feel overwhelming without any support. Our counseling office in Scarsdale, NY offers a warm and supportive environment so that you have space to heal.

All of our clinicians are trained in trauma informed care, meaning that we focused on what happened to you, not what's "wrong" with you. This helps you or your family member achieve real, lasting results. We are dedicated to helping clients of all ages (children, teens and adults) go from stuck to thriving, hopeless to empowered, angry to peaceful, anxious to calm.

I started Peaceful Living Mental Health Counseling in 2015, after the passing of my Father, Philip Louis.
Having struggled with anxiety and depression for much of his life, I set out to help others struggling with the same difficulties.
My Dad went through a lot of stress and trauma in his life, from childhood through adulthood.
Through it all, he managed to be an amazing Father and taught me so much about how to overcome hardship and stay motivated.
The center is named Peaceful Living after his initials, since he continues to be my inspiration every day.
