Website
I am Ashley Hug and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I attended St. Edward's University Graduate Program where I earned my Master's of Arts in Counseling. During that time I completed an internship at Northwest Counseling and Wellness Center with a focus on group work, treating substance abuse and utilizing holistic approaches. I have also worked with adults and adolescents in a community based behavioral health agency.

With this experience I have learned that all of us become stuck and life transitions can be challenging. Our barriers can feel like mountains and we all need someone to walk beside us to help guide us, to listen and be truly present. I am an LGBTIA+ affirming therapist who provides inclusive counseling. My goals for clients are for them to strive for realize their true authentic self while gaining skills and solutions that will help them navigate their journey.
