In her warm, non judgmental manner, Aliza Schulman has helped hundreds of clients with their emotional, social and relationship issues including poor self esteem, anxiety, dating and marital difficulties, social, school and employment challenges, family conflict, intimacy problems, adjustment to life cycle issues such as birth of child, new employment, divorce, and bereavement and depression, obsessive compulsive behaviors and personality disorders.
My goal is to help you improve your well-being and mental health, reduce anxiety, depression, frustration and anger and to help you improve your interpersonal skills, relationships and quality of life.
