My name is Tonji Cooper and I'd like to welcome you to Looking Straight Forward. By being here, you've already taken the courageous step of seeking professional help with some challenging issue that is keeping you from living a full and satisfying life. You have made a great choice and I hope we can work together to get you back on track to becoming the best person possible.

Here at Looking Straight Forward, we are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable therapy and counseling to adults, couples, families, adolescents and children. We will work to enable you to reintegrate those disconnected emotions by providing an environment that is both supportive and nonjudgmental while offering services designed to facilitate healing during times of emotional stress, confusion and pain.

My area of expertise lies in addressing behavioral disorders, such as ADHD or Conduct Disorder (both juveniles and adults); helping people to accept themselves as individuals; and empowering them with knowledge to change their situations.

Over the past ten years I have developed and cultivated great skill in working with those impacted by and struggling with Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Anxiety Disorder.
Through therapy, we learn how current experiences can be tainted by events from long ago.
By working to uncover unresolved issues from the past, we come to terms with problems we could neither face nor resolve earlier.
Depression and anxiety often overwhelm those who suffer with them, causing feelings of shame, guilt and inadequacy.
Through talk therapy, Looking Straight Forward, LLC will help you to understand how your body responds to life's stressors, get to the root of what is troubling you and create lasting improvement.
