The Growth Center for Counseling & Wellness was established in 2007 by Dr. Courtney Land and has grown since that time to provide quality pastoral counseling and mental health care to Kentuckiana and the surrounding counties. The Growth Center strives to provide its clients a convenient location with a level of professional attention that invites personal growth to be a healing factor for one's family, mind, and spirit.

I help clients increase their mind and body awareness in order to stabilize moods, regulate stress and anxiety, heal old wounds and increase relationship effectiveness.
I work with adults, teens and children using dialogue, mindful breathing, art and play as avenues of healing exploration.
As a person of faith, I am glad to incorporate a spiritual focus as desired by the client.
