She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University (formally known as The American School of Professional Psychology).
Dr. Cachara has been practicing in the field of psychology for over 12 years.
Her clinical experience includes a specialized doctoral internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh where she was trained extensively with nationally recognized experts in the field of childhood trauma.

She has a passion for working with children, adults, families, and couples as they are transitioning throughout life's various challenges and changes.
