Integrated Life Counseling Center is comprised of several Minnesota state licensed therapists. Our practice is located in a naturesque setting in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, just 1 1/2 miles east of 694. We have over 100 years of collective experience, and serve a board range of client needs. In addition to our regular counseling services, we also provide consultation, and we are available for speaking engagements.
You will also have a few brief assessments to complete. Information will be gathered by your therapist, such as a brief history, your symptoms and other information relevant to your mental health. Finally, your therapist will discuss treatment options with you, in preparation for later treatment planning. If there is nobody to greet you when you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting area.

She has over 20 years of clinical experience and has been licensed as a Psychologist since 1997.
Kathryn works with adults and children (ages 6 and up) in developing resources for building internal resiliency, while considering the impact of interactions with the world around them.
Through exploring connections of mind, body and spirit, she helps individuals and families develop strategies for change.
While experiencing pain is a universal human experience, Kathryn believes that internal self awareness and understanding of interpersonal neurobiology supports developing growth and greater freedom.
Kathryn works with adults and children (ages 6 and up) in developing resources for building internal resiliency, while considering the impact of interactions with the world around them.
Through exploring connections of mind, body and spirit, she helps individuals and families develop strategies for change.

Marleen has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field providing services to all age groups.
She has been licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1991.
Marleen believes her role in therapy is to help clients find their individual strengths and gifts, guiding and walking alongside them in their healing journey.
Her current interests include working with women and couples.
On numerous occasions, Marleen has spoken publicly on the issue of infant loss and has also been involved with the Preeclampsia Foundation.
