Integrated Life Counseling Center is comprised of several Minnesota state licensed therapists. Our practice is located in a naturesque setting in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, just 1 1/2 miles east of 694. We have over 100 years of collective experience, and serve a board range of client needs. In addition to our regular counseling services, we also provide consultation, and we are available for speaking engagements.

You will also have a few brief assessments to complete. Information will be gathered by your therapist, such as a brief history, your symptoms and other information relevant to your mental health. Finally, your therapist will discuss treatment options with you, in preparation for later treatment planning. If there is nobody to greet you when you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting area.

There may a clipboard on the desk with a few intake forms/assessments for you to fill out before your initial session. Plan on arriving for this appointment 5-10 minutes ahead of time to fill them out.
