At NEO Counseling Services, LLC, we are focused on providing mental health counseling services to all demographics. Our clinicians are licensed by the state of Ohio to diagnose and are competent to treat all mental health disorders. Each of our counselors have specialty areas and we encourage you to read their biographies to ensure a good fit and positive experience.

We maintain and strive to foster a supportive environment and seek to treat the whole person. We a variety of offerings to choose from but not limited to individual, family, and group counseling we're sure you'll be pleased after working with us. Services
Katie received her Masters degree from John Carroll University in 2011.
She is a licensed clinical counselor with a supervision designation and owner of NEO Counseling Services, LLC.
Although Katie is able to treat and work with all mental health issues or concerns, she specializes in the treatment of self-harming behaviors specific to children and adolescents.
She combines cognitive behavior therapy techniques with motivational interviewing to achieve positive treatment results.
Katie seeks to provide a welcoming, comforting, and safe counseling experience for everyone.
Fiona received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Communication Sciences from Case Western Reserve University in 2019.
She is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University.
Fiona incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques in her person-centered approach.
Fiona is happy to work with clients of all ages on a variety of mental health concerns, but primarily works with teens and young adults on anxiety, depression, and eating concerns.
Kaitlyn received her bachelors in psychology from Kent State University in 2017.
She is currently working on her master's degree at John Carroll University and is in her 2nd year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.
Although Kaitlyn is able to work will all ages and mental health issues she finds a deep interest in working with adolescents.
She seeks to provide a warm, open, and inviting client centered approach in her sessions.
She strives to combine a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to work towards common goals with her clients.
Christine received her bachelor's in psychology and minor in communications from Cleveland State University in 2019.
She is currently working on her master's degree from John Carroll University in her 2nd year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program.
She enjoys working with all ages but has a passion for working with young children through middle adulthood.
She also enjoys working with families and providing parenting education.
She works with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders/disordered eating, adult children of alcoholics, sensory processing sensitivity personality/highly sensitive persons, OCD, and PTSD.
Sarah received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
She is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University.
Sarah incorporates acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques in her person-centered approach.
Sarah enjoys working with clients of all ages on a variety of issues, but focuses on helping adolescents and their families with issues around anxiety, parenting, school adjustment concerns, and blended families.
