Heartland Psychological Services is a counseling agency in southeastern South Dakota with locations in Yankton and Vermillion. We are committed to providing professional, compassionate out-patient therapy to clients of all ages. Our agency is dedicated to serving individuals from southeast South Dakota and northeast Nebraska.
Therapists are available to work with individuals, couples and groups.
We work with children, adolescents and adults of all ages.
Each of our therapists is professionally trained and accredited according to both state and national levels.

Heartland Psychological Services accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, as well as participates with many Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Heartland strives to ensure that clients who have mental health benefits through either their insurance plan or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are able to utilize these benefits at our agency.
