Q: How long does therapy take?
A: Progress takes place across the span of several sessions.
On average, people meet with a therapist on a weekly basis for 50-minutes, anywhere from 12 (brief therapy) sessions and up, depending on the severity of the presenting concern.

A: While therapy can be used to treat stress and alleviate mental health disorders.
