Generally, we can schedule a new in taken within 7-10 days, sometimes sooner.
We take hospital discharges.
We will see current consumers sooner based on crisis, or urgent Mental health needs between 2 hours and 48 hours depending on needs.
We ask that you call the after hours clinician extension.
If we are not immediately available and you have a Mental health crisis something that can not wait 2 hours, call Cardinal Innovations Access Line at 1-800-939-5911.
If you are experiencing a life, health or safety emergency please dial 911 or go to your local emergency services or Hospital.

There they can fill in all required paperwork and sign electronically.
They can do a tele-appointment from there as well.
They will also be able to see invoices and pay, communicate with their provider, see information sent to them by their provider.
New consumers that wish to do paper forms these can be down loaded and printed (two sided), or reviewed prior to intake.
Making payment arrangements can also be arranged with a prior authorization form.
