Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders (OCD) are a group of conditions that effect around 2% of the population.
These disorders impact people's lives in a real and frequently devestating manner.
OCD compels people to exhibit behavior or experience thougths that seem to be out of their control.

Depending on your schedule and need, we provide traditional outpatient treatment or a more frequent format, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Eating disorders can impact any person, at any age, in any body.
It is estimated that 20 million women and 10 million men in America alone will experience an eating disorder at some point in life.
We live in a culture that associates worth with appearance.
Being in a smaller body is equated with health and success.
The truth is that 1 in 4 people that diet will develop an eating disorder.
Eating disorders are not glamorous, as portrayed in the media and pursued in society.
A life that is ruled by food, weight, and calories is ultimately a life of isolation, secrets, and shame.
