Increasingly we find this way does not meet our needs. We're unable to feel content or to overcome events from our past. We have pain that does not go away and is undiagnosed and seemingly undefinable.
Whether our pain is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, we just want it to stop. Pills and procedures no longer mask the symptoms and may never have addressed the root of our needs. We know we need help but are not able to activate our own ability to heal or even understand the things that are facing us. Sometimes we need an outside observer and a safe place to explore what's really going on under our radar in order to heal, evolve and gain perspective.

Teresa embarked on her path to the healing arts in 1991, when she was initiated into the "Changing Woman Sisterhood".
Teresa was awakened to a deeper and more profound sense of herself.
Beginning with that initiation she began a seven year shamanic apprenticeship with the two medicine women who created the Changing Woman Sisterhood, Lorraine Weber and Ellen Miller.

We believe that the responsibility for our lessons lies solely with ourselves and that internal responsibility is different from outside "blame."
