He was awarded a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 1998 from Nova Southeastern University and currently holds the designation of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH 5840) awarded by Florida's Department of Health in December of 1999. He is fully qualified to serve under the Department of Health's Board of Marriage and Family Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors.
Michael has also been qualified as an expert witness in both the 4th and 7th Circuit.
