Why choose a psychoanalyst?
A psychoanalyst has the most rigorous and extensive training of all practitioners in the mental health field and are uniquely trained to understand the unconscious forces that influence our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
Only graduates of accredited psychoanalytic training institutes can ethically present themselves to the public as psychoanalysts.
Applicants for psychoanalytic training have already completed graduate training as a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, or other mental health field.
