Services
Teletherapy is the online delivery of mental health therapy services via high-resolution, live video conferencing.
Teletherapy sessions are very similar to traditional mental health sessions with one major exception.
Instead of sitting in the same room, patients and therapists interact via live video conferencing.
During therapy sessions, the patient and therapist can see, hear, and interact with one another in real-time, using webcams, headsets, smartphones or tablets in a live, synchronous online environment.

During the first session, we will talk about how to recognize when you feel angry.
Not all people are naturally able to identify the initial stages of anger such as common triggers, habitual thoughts, and physical sensations.
You can learn to describe your pattern of anger and what it feels like.
This will help you to manage your behavior earlier and earlier so that the "snowball effect" of out-of-control anger does not occur.
We will revisit this over the next several weeks to improve the skill.

Our Approach to child and adolescent counseling is strength-based and therefore focuses on the strengths and resources of each child or adolescent and their family.

It may seem impossible right now to fix the problems in your relationship, and if you feel this way, you are not alone.
We live in an age when many relationships are in trouble.
Today, 50 to 67 percent of marriages end in divorce.
Second marriages and blended families face greater challenges.
Although our relationships make our lives most meaningful, it's also our relationships that can challenge us the most.
Stress, anxiety, cheating, broken trust, jealousy, anger, painful pasts, communication problems, and codependency are just some of the problems that relationships face.
