She was a public school teacher before becoming a licensed Marriage Family Therapist in 1987.
Having raised three boys was also a part of her education in working with teens.

Her primary interests are treating clients who have experienced trauma and/ or PTSD.
She also like to work with clients who have anxiety, depression, anger and general life issues.
