It's not too difficult to get the skeletons out of the closet with people, but to get the gold out is a different matter. That is therapy. Psychology is the Art of finding the gold of the spirit. I strongly believe you should feel comfortable with the therapist you choose, and hopeful about the therapy. When you feel this way, therapy is likely to be very helpful.

I view therapy as a partnership between us. I use my knowledge and training to help you make the changes you want to have the life you desire. It is a blessing in life when we truly enjoy our work. It is enriching for me to work with individuals and couples in helping them get the life they want.

My education, licensure, certifications, membership in professional organizations, and commitment to continuing professional development enhance my intuitive ability to understand complex situations and help individuals and couples remove barriers to making their desires possible. In 2000, Donna received the St. Francis of Assisi Award for Pastoral Counseling from Neumann College in Aston, PA.
Services
I use an Object Relations approach to understanding problems.
Discerning how our past is affecting how we feel, think, and act now is important in removing roadblocks to creating the life we want.
Seeing past events in a different perspective - from the way a child experiences them - can help us make our desires possible.
I help individuals be curious about how their development impacts life in the present, including the ways one learned to cope with situations.
Therapy is a partnership between us.
