Cash, check, debit/credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, accepted for payment and is due at the beginning of each session.
For all other insurance companies, I am considered an out of network provider.
Some insurance companies will reimburse you for out of network services.
I can verify your benefits to see if your plan covers out of network services and at what amount.
I can submit claims on your behalf.
Please be aware that insurance companies will require that I submit a diagnosis, progress reports and treatment plans that reveal your personal information, to get approval for future visits, and there is no absolute guarantee that information will remain private and confidential.
