Will is a board certified psychotherapist (clinical social worker), who has over 20 years of experience providing a wide range of mental health services and human services, in numerous different types of mental health and government agencies. He has served as a director of outpatient mental health clinics (OMHC), psychiatric rehabilitation programs (PRP), and long-term residential programs.
Will has been a supervisor for child protective services and foster care / kinship care services in a large city and a rural county Department of Social Services (DSS). He has served as a supervisor for a rural county Temporary Cash Assistance program (TCA), and has facilitated an employment program for a Bureau of Support Enforcement (BOSE) department.
Will has provided evaluative and psychotherapy services in different professional settings: OMHC's, PRP, child & adolescent and adult residential treatment programs and group homes, hospital emergency departments, special education schools, in-home services, and private practice.
