My name is Sarah Tofferi, I am a master's level candidate and Certified Addiction Counselor III.
My intention is to obtain licenses in professional and addiction counseling.
I have over four years of experience in the behavioral health field, working in a detox unit, as a case manager and substance use group facilitator.
I am passionate about meeting clients where they are in the stages of change to support their goals, whether that be harm reduction or abstinence.

IDEP combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Stages of Change Model, created to help people make positive change.
IDEP is an interactive and dynamic way to explore risks, needs, and skill deficits, as well as strengths, resources, and solutions to problem behaviors.
IDEP promotes public safety by reducing the harmful effects of substance misuse, especially driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
IDEP combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Stages of Change Model, created to help people make positive change.
