Our first session together will focus on getting to know one another and identifying your goals for therapy.
We will begin to develop a plan of how you would like to reach your goals, how often we should meet, and discuss if you would like anyone else to be a part of this process.
Here at Positive Mind Counseling, our goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space where we can collaborate and build a strong therapeutic relationship that helps you reflect, heal, and grow.
We look forward to meeting with you for your first appointment.
