Here at Mountain Rose Counseling, I realize that no two people are the same so I try to tailor my therapy to meet the your personal and specific needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional or physical trauma, or simply need to talk, I would like to offer my assistance. I would like to help you recognize your underlying challenges, fully realize your strengths, and adjust your behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, brighter, and healthier way.

I was taught that any kind of relationship is a two way path of learning, and I would like to share your journey with you. I have done a lot of work with people experiencing trauma. Often the body remembers what the mind forgets, and sometimes different ways of doing therapy are necessary to help the body let go of all that remembered trauma. I have certifications in Dancing Mindfulness, and Reiki, and those are tools that can be used to help someone recover from the trauma that they have survived.
Services
Therapy is different for everyone.
Some people prefer to walk outside (weather permitting) and talk while they walk.
Others like to sit and color (yes adults color too) or work with crafts while they talk.
Still others prefer the traditional method of sitting and talking in an office.
My desire is to work with whatever makes you the most comfortable, as that is where you will grow most.
The path to this point in my life has been full of challenges, much like everyone else in the world.
I have always felt the desire to listen, learn, and experience life with others.
So, I began to find ways that I could help people feel better.
The journey to do that has led me to this place, in Libby Montana, opening Mountain Rose Counseling.
I could list all my accomplishments and degrees, however I feel that the connection with a therapist is about being real, and connecting as a human being.
Constance Albrecht MS, LCPC received her Masters of Science Degree in Human Development/Mental Health Counseling in 1994 from Montana State University as Bozeman, MT.
Her undergraduate work was completed in 1990 at MSU in Bozeman, in Human Development with a Minor in Marriage and Family Relations.
She obtained her LCPC in 1996.
For over 20 years she has provided mental health services to individual, groups, couples, and families in numerous locations in Montana.
For 8 years she provided in-home counseling services to those individuals who were home-bound due to medical and physical issues.
Not at all.
People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out.
Everyone needs help now and then.
You already have some strengths that you've used before, that, for whatever reason are not working right now.
Perhaps, this problem feels overwhelming and is making it difficult to tap into your past strengths.
In our work together, I'll help you identify what those strengths are and how to implement them to overcome what is happening now.
The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible?
If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have?
If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
