I use Non-Directive Play Therapy and AutPlay Therapy approaches to help children express themselves and learn emotion regulation, social and connection skills to help them thrive.
Unfortunately parenting does not come with a rule book. Therefore, when working with children it is important to meet with parents often and give them the support they need and new techniques to try.
